Felicity Huffman Officially Enters Guilty Plea; Faces 4 Months in Prison

Felicity Huffman entered a plea of “guilty” Monday (May 13) at in a Boston, Massachusetts courthouse for her role in the college admissions scandal.

During her appearance in court, the lawyers for the government told the judge in the case that they want the 56-year-old actress to serve “around four months” in prison,Deadline reports.

Her sentencing hearing will happen on September 14, which is when we will find out how much jail time she will receive.

In addition, lawyers say she will be expected to serve one-year of supervised release and owe $20,000 in fines.

Felicity allegedly paid $15,000 to help inflate her daughter’s SAT scores. Lori Loughlin, who isexpected to serve way more jail timeif charged, allegedly paid $500,000 to get her daughters into USC as recruits to the USC crew team, even though they did not participate in the sport.
