Our hearts are aching for Granger and Amber Smith for the loss of the beautiful baby boy, River. Granger has come down a handful of times to the New Orleans area, and if Yee Yee wasn't coming out of his mouth, then it was the outpouring love and praise for his wife and his kids: River, Lincoln, and London.
Granger & Amber decided to give back to the hospital where River was cared for by creating a Yee Yee apparel tribute tee with 100% of the proceeds going to Dell Children’s Medical Center.
As it currently stands, donations in River’s memory and t-shirt sales have raised over $100k for Dell Children’s Medical Center.
