First and foremost, congratulations to all of the seniors in the area! Your senior year is such a special time, and I know that this year has been a lil' weird with the pandemic. But I also applaud you because I have seen example after example of seniors stepping up, doing amazing things, and not letting circumstances get you down! It's nice to see lemonade made out of lemons!
101.1 WNOE was so happy to partner with our friend Scotty McCreery for "Scotty Salutes A Super Senior!" We had some AMAZING entries and every single person that was entered in this contest should be very proud of themselves. Our winner was Rayna Oggs, who went to Chalmette High School. She used her "spare time" to make over 700 masks for her community! How cool is that?!
