WWE Hosts Veteran Career Event In New Orleans

Ahead of WrestleMania 34, WWE and The National World War II Museum are hosting WWE’s annual WrestleMania Veteran Career Panel and Networking Event in support of Hire Heroes USA.

The event is Tuesday, April 3 from 8 am to 2 pm and is free and open to all U.S. military members, veterans and their spouses who can register by clicking here.

The event will take place at The National World War II Museum and will assist local veterans in successfully leveraging their military service to transition into or advance their civilian careers. Sessions will focus on career coaching, resume writing, interview techniques and an introductory to LinkedIn. The educational portion of the event will also include an industry panel and Q&A session featuring executives from companies in the New Orleans metro area.

After a full morning of educational seminars and workshops, veterans will be given the opportunity to network with recruiters, hiring managers and human resources professionals from more than 30 local companies with the added bonus of mingling with WWE Superstars!

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Attendees will also have the opportunity to take a professional LinkedIn headshot free of charge. For more information and for the full event itinerary, click here.
