Louisiana is ready to celebrate one of their own making the American Idol top 3.
Laine Hardy was named one of the finalists Sunday night on ABC and will receive a homecoming Tuesday that includes a parade and concert at the Livingston Parish Fairgrounds.
The parade is scheduled to start at 5:15 p.m. at the Livingston Parish Post Office on S. Frost, travel down LA 63, turn left on U.S. Highway 90, and end at the entrance to the Fairgrounds.
There will be no parking allowed along the route. Parking will be available at the Fairgrounds starting at 3 p.m. and the only entry will be from Florida Blvd. Deputies will be on hand to direct traffic and fans should expect to walk from the Fairgrounds to find a spot along the route.
Following the parade, Hardy is expected to headline a concert at the Fairgrounds.
