Beloved WWL-TV anchorman Eric Paulsen announced today that he is battling cancer and is taking a temporary leave from work as he undergoes treatment. Eric has worked at WWL-TV for an incredible 47 years, making him the longest-tenured anchor in the entire region and one of the longest in the entire country! He is so loved by so many and we wish him the speediest of speedy recoveries. Get well soon, Eric!
