    Heavy Rain Possible As Tropical Low Moves In

    South Louisiana remains under a heavy rain threat as a tropical low moves in.

    Forecasters at the National Hurricane Center have lowered the chances for development into a tropical depression before the system makes a second landfall in Louisiana.

    The National Weather Service office in Slidell says today and tomorrow have the highest threat of heavy rain from tropical rain bands.
