Louisiana DOTD crews will be out Sunday afternoon in the Baton Rouge area pretreating the roads with salt as a precaution against black ice.
"Beginning in the early afternoon today, January 25, crews will be pretreating overpasses and bridges on I-10, I-12, I-110, and U.S. 190. Motorists should be alert and on the lookout for these slow-moving operations," the department said.
